"BEWARE! We are currently shopping for a new insurance company. We have had nothing but trouble with this particular agent. The female agent is more worried about covering herself when she makes an error than making the error right with the customer. Recently, an bank draft was made on our account for a policy that was paid a year in advance. This particular State Farm office is a mess! I am still trying to get issues resolved."

"Have been with State Farm for over 30 years and recently moved over to Augustus Workman in Lubbock texas. We found ourselves needing renters insurance and within an hour we had the perfect policy paid for and in place. Huge peace of Mind knowing that our belongings are protected.
